All bond cleans are subject to the following terms and conditions;
All bond cleans require a $200 booking deposit to secure your place. Unless booked online, an invoice will be sent upon booking and once the deposit is received, your booking will be secured. If there are any cancellations within 3 days of your cleaning date, your deposit will be forfeited.
Our guarantee covers all cleaning work completed by us at the property for 7 days from completion. After your property manager inspects the property, please contact us with the cleaning list your property manager provided after attending the property for final inspection and we will attend the property as soon as possible (weekends excluded) to rectify our work.
Any work we were not able to complete due to time restraints (jobs booked on a time basis that we did not quote) or were not reasonably expected to complete within our standard bond clean inclusions.
Any mess made by other contractors or people entering the property eg; carpet cleaners, repair people, pest controllers or agents showing the property once we finish the clean.
Any fixtures that we feel will be damaged by cleaning eg; curtains, certain types of blinds etc
Balance of payment must be made on completion of works. We accept Mastercard/Visa, PayID, or Cash.
